Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on JetX99. Operating multiple accounts — whether sequentially or simultaneously — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, JetX99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. JetX99 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
JetX99 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting JetX99 support. Any settled balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing. Open bets at the time of closure will continue to be settled normally.
JetX99 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported mobile wallets. All methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. JetX99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal policy. You will be notified before any deduction is applied.
All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except where specifically permitted (such as the cash-out feature on eligible markets). It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet slip before confirming.
JetX99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement, obvious pricing errors, evidence of market manipulation, or events that did not proceed as scheduled. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to your balance.
For cricket betting including Pakistan international matches, PSL fixtures and T20 leagues, specific settlement rules apply depending on minimum overs completed for a result to stand. These rules are detailed in the betting rules section accessible within the sportsbook. Where a match is reduced by weather or interruption, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted for settlement purposes.
All casino games and fish shooting games on JetX99 use certified random number generators. Game results are determined independently and JetX99 has no ability to influence individual outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information sections.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or wager. JetX99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
All bonuses, welcome offers, free bets and promotional credits offered by JetX99 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible markets and minimum odds. These terms are stated clearly on each promotion's detail page and must be read before claiming.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked across qualifying bets. The applicable multiplier, eligible games or markets, and minimum odds are detailed per promotion.
Promotional offers are intended for genuine individual players. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using bonus funds in ways that exploit the promotion structure, or coordinating with other players to abuse offers are all prohibited. JetX99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
Unclaimed bonuses expire after the stated claim period. Claimed bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire after the stated usage window. Expired bonus balances are removed without replacement. It is your responsibility to monitor the status of any active bonus in your account.
